April 10, 2012. Starting early April, the City of Toronto will be doing watermain valve construction work on the west side of Jarvis Street, just north of Gerrard Street. This work is part of the Gerrard Watermain Replacement project, which is necessary to increase capacity and maintain the safety and reliability of the water supply.
